This is a drawing I amazingly did fast, and I am quite proud with the result of it... In this particular drawing I combines Photoshop and SAI as you are able to see (or maybe not)
as well, I am surprised that when I compare this drawing with the last ones I am proud to say that I have improved my painting techniques.

As you can see, this is based off out of
style, I learnt a lot from his drawing style and it has helped me to improve... but yet... I have to practice backgrounds...
so yeah, his power is electricity and his markings glow for some strange reason...
